Laurie Ronholdt

Laurie Ronholdt is an associate with the firm.

Ms. Ronholdt practices primarily in the areas of insolvency, real estate and commercial transactions, and general business representation. She specializes in commercial real estate purchase and sale transactions and leasing. She has represented corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies in such areas as entity formation and governance, and stock and asset sales and purchases. She has also represented lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions and loan workouts. She also has experience in estate planning, probate, and tax compliance and dispute resolution.

Ms. Ronholdt has written articles for American Bar Association publications and lectured on a wide range of business, tax and estate planning topics for the Colorado Bar Association and educational organizations.

Ms. Ronholdt is a graduate of the University of Colorado School of Law. She received her master’s degree in taxation and bachelor’s degree in business administration, emphasis in accounting, from Colorado State University.
