For the past 10 years, Mr. Rork’s practice has focused on commercial and construction litigation, representing clients in all facets of their construction and business practices. Mr. Rork has represented contractors, engineers, and owners in complex construction and business related disputes. Representative clients include Obayashi Corporation, M.L. Shank Company, Kiewit Pacific Company, Tudor Saliba Corporation, Clark Construction Group, E&S Ring Management Corporation and Marina Pacific Associates. The types of projects that Mr. Rork has handled include commercial and heavy civil construction, including subway tunneling construction, hotel and office complex construction, marina anchorage construction, residential and mixed use development, power plants, waste-water management facilities, micro-tunneling and pipeline construction. Recently, Mr. Rork obtained a multi-million dollar award in favor of the owner on a dispute concerning a substantial marina anchorage development.

Mr. Rork graduated from Willamette University College of Law, cum laude, in 1997, where he served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. He also obtained an LL.M, with honors, from Georgetown University Law School in 1998. Mr. Rork received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pepperdine University.
