Rebecca Crotty brings the skills of a detective to her litigation cases, often finding that one piece in a litigation puzzle that turns the case.Her litigation experience includes:

Serving as second chair in toxic tort case during five and seven week jury trials in federal district court; cross examined key experts; prepared and presented direct examinations of medical and technical experts; prepared and argued motions; developed trial strategy.
Obtaining summary judgment in highly emotional and contested employment discrimination/sexual harassment case.
Researching and drafting appellate brief regarding regulatory interpretation of government contract, cost accounting principles of ESOPs.

A veteran lawyer, Ms. Crotty also brings public sector experience to her commercial litigation clients. From 1998 to 2000, she served as Assistant US Attorney for the District of Colorado Civil Division. While there, she was the recipient of numerous awards for performance and results, including a Performance Award from Janet Reno and the Star Award from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for achieving a highly favorable result in a case.
