Ms. Charlesworth is an associate with the firm. Ms. Charlesworth practices primarily in the areas of insolvency, financial restructuring, creditor’s rights, general banking and business transactions. She represents lenders and borrowers in secured lending transactions and loan workouts. She also has experience in estate planning and real estate, including commercial real estate acquisitions, financing, leasing, foreclosure and land use matters. Ms. Charlesworth is a graduate of the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. Prior to and while attending law school, she managed a successful career as a business lender. Ms. Charlesworth received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado Business School in business administration with an emphasis in finance. |
