- Represented manufacturer and distributor of retail display equipment wherein client was awarded $5 million in patent infringement damages.
- Successfully defended national health care corporation in matter in which federal government sought to recoup millions in alleged Medicare overpayments.
- Prevailed at trial in defending claims alleging implied easement levied against commercial property developer.
